a long short updateit's been so busy so busy so busy. >_< so.. i'll just have a short update for everyting. hahaha..
first and foremost, mice massacre. not exactly a massacre, but right now, the guys in my house are killing the 4th mouse of the day, the 7th mouse altogether so far. The first mouse was killed long ago... and the other 6 were killed in only these few days. All 6 of them were baby mice... which is why they were caught in the first place - no strength to struggle away from the sticky paper. But... having caught so many baby mice also meant... the 3rd generation is born since the appearance of the first mouse. EEEEKS!!!
secondly, the bed bugs are back!!! but this time round it's from the triple room, which was the room that was not affected in the previous round. But no matter which room it is from, everybody has to pack up and clear the wardrobes and drawers and bedsheets for the pest busters to spray pesticides all over the house. So we did it last Fri... and the pest guys didn't come becos they couldn't finish their previous appointment in time. dulan x1. Unpacked a little and put back the bedsheet so as to live for the next 2 days. Packed up again on Monday since the landlord told us that's when the next appointment will be. Again... no pest guys came... becos the clever landlord said they didn't make an appointment with him so tell them not to come!! like.. wth.. if he didn't know of the appointment, how would we know about it in the first place??? we have ESP ah?? DOH!! moreover.. we, the ones that are affected, that have to pack up our daily stuff, are perfectly ready. so why cant the pest guys come and do their job???? why must some idiot who's not affected at all, other than paying the money, need to be ready at all??? Just pay up that's all!!! Ready for what? dulan x infinity. So now... we are all living with our stuffs packed in luggage and boxes, getting ready to 'clear out' any moment. And we have yet to hear abt the next appointment yet. DAMN.
enough of mice and bugs. not like they have not irritated us for the past few months. well.. something exciting!! at least for me lah... haha... i'm now a turning expert!!!! no.... not turning as in dancing turning, but turning as in manufacturing turning!!! muahahaha... =P i've spent the past 2 afternoon in the workshop working on 3 rods. i spent the entire first session (of ~2hrs) and 1 hr from the 2nd session to turn the first one. But i only took half an hour each for the next two!!! An efficiency increase of 500%!!! wOohoOO~ great sense of achievement man. but... of cos, thanx to lester for the initiation course. otherwise i'm sure i'm gonna spent alot more time figuring out how to use the lathe. =P
well... i'm damn tired lah. 2 sessions of workshop = 2 sessions of gym. the carrying of the material from my locker to the workshop alone is enough to cause some aching in my arms. not to mention having to use alot of strength even in certain not so heavy machines. weak me. >.< Not just that... clumsy me accidentally knock my chin against the machine while trying to align the blade with the cut line and i bit my tongue in the process. boohoohoo... pain pain!!! can still see the cut now.. =( tink it'll evolved into an ulcer soon. hahaha...

rosy dreams
Flowers, especially roses, on Valentine's Day are always a waste of money to most people... prices simply soar during this particular period and the flowers will only last a few days before it starts to wilt. what use and practicality is there?? however, there will always be guys who are willing to buy them for their valentines. what for? just to earn a smile from their beloved... just to make them happy.
what powers do flowers have that are able to make the ladies sooo happy upon receiving them?? *shrug* i'm not too sure... but i guess having receiving flowers from someone, in a way, implies that there's someone who loves you, wants you to know it, and wants you to be happy too. and the prettier the flower is... the happier the person hopes you'll be. that's why the flower business is still thriving.
just now... the moment i opened my room's door after getting home from a long day out, in my biggest surprise, i saw the biggest and most beautiful rose on my table. it's sooo surprising that my mind went blank b4 i could rmb to smile. it's sooo beautiful~~!! it may seem a little too early for V-day... but it's not that early if you look at the lunar calender. 正月十五元宵节是华人的情人节。so it's actually right in time!! haha...

validity of post - only when under pressurei am well known for having a high stress concentration factor, i.e. i experience a much higher local stress when being applied a normal remote stress. the normal remote stress increased a little recently, and the local stress i experienced increased proportionately, by a few folds. loads of undone tutorials, manufacturing, report, failed test, deteriorating spanish(all of a sudden!), gotten my exam timetable, lack of sleep, on the brink of falling sick, lack of time, lack of time management, lack of discipline... and more work are coming in at a speed which i didn't, and now couldn't keep track. my stress level has really gotten pretty high...
all of a sudden i feel like just coping myself in my room to do my work and not go out. i tried doing this a few times but i know i'll only achieve 2 to 3 hours of efficiency.. after which i can no longer concentrate and i'll end up falling asleep if i try harder.
it makes tings even worse when pple ard you are relatively more stressed than usual and we are snapping away at one another or generating hurtful comments without realizing.
will be going to watch mary poppins tml and spending an entire day at cadbury world and birmingham on sat, both arranged long ago b4 any stress was felt. hopefully i'll be able to relax completely on both occasions to recharge myself and not think about the time 'wasted'.
on a side note... i miss ktv so much suddenly. i wanna sing!!!! >_<
