Understanding & Efforts

I realize, it's all about understanding and efforts.

As long as one is able to understand the needs, is genuinely willing to put in the efforts to improve, I will let it slide. Quite easily.

However if the understanding is not there, if the effort is non-commital, then I will hold on to it even tighter.

That's all there is to it, really.
